Day 1: Arrival in Moshi
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly team and transferred to your hotel in Moshi. Take the time to relax and prepare for your exciting climb ahead.

Day 2: Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut
After breakfast, we will drive to the Marangu Gate, the starting point of your climb. The trek begins through lush rainforest, with the chance to spot wildlife along the way. You will stay overnight at Mandara Hut, where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Day 3: Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut
Today’s trek takes you through heath and moorland, with magnificent views of the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro. You will reach Horombo Hut, your accommodation for the night, where you can rest and acclimatize to the altitude.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Horombo Hut
Take a day to rest and acclimatize at Horombo Hut, exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. You may opt to take a short hike to Zebra Rock or relax at the hut and prepare for the next day’s climb.

Day 5: Horombo Hut to Kibo Hut
Today’s trek takes you higher up the mountain, passing through alpine desert and rocky terrain. You will reach Kibo Hut, your final camp before the summit push. Rest up and prepare for the challenging ascent to the summit.

Day 6: Summit Day – Uhuru Peak to Marangu Gate
Today is the day you’ve been waiting for – summit day! You will start your ascent in the early hours of the morning, reaching Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa, in time to see the sunrise. After celebrating your achievement, you will descend back to Kibo Hut and continue down to Marangu Gate. From there, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Moshi for a well-deserved rest.
