Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
Arrive in Tanzania and transfer to your hotel in Moshi. Meet your guide for a briefing and gear check before starting your climb.
Day 2: Moshi to Shira Camp
Drive to the Londorossi Gate and begin your trek through the rainforest to Shira Camp.
Day 3: Shira Camp to Moir Hut
Hike to Moir Hut, passing through the Shira Plateau and enjoying breathtaking views along the way.
Day 4: Moir Hut to Lava Tower
Trek to Lava Tower for acclimatization before descending to Barranco Camp for the night.
Day 5: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp
Climb the Barranco Wall and hike to Karanga Camp, where you will rest and prepare for your summit push.
Day 6: Karanga Camp to Barafu Camp
Ascend to Barafu Camp, your base for the final push to the summit.
Day 7: Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak
Summit day! Start your climb in the early hours of the morning to reach Uhuru Peak, the highest point in Africa. Descend to Mweka Camp for a well-deserved rest.
Day 8: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate
Finish your trek with a descent to Mweka Gate, where you will receive your summit certificates before transferring back to Moshi.
