Day 1: Arrival in Dar es Salaam
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve
After breakfast, you will drive to Selous Game Reserve, one of the largest wildlife reserves in Africa. Enjoy an evening game drive before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Selous Game Reserve
Spend the day exploring Selous Game Reserve on morning and evening game drives. Keep an eye out for elephants, lions, hippos, and more as you traverse the diverse landscape.
Day 4: Selous to Udzungwa National Park
Today, you will drive to Udzungwa National Park, known for its stunning waterfalls and diverse plant and animal life. Take a guided hike to Sanje Waterfall for breathtaking views before returning to your lodge for dinner.
Day 5: Udzungwa National Park
Embark on a full day of hiking and wildlife viewing in Udzungwa National Park. Keep an eye out for rare species such as the Udzungwa red colobus monkey and explore the park’s lush forests and rolling hills.
Day 6: Udzungwa to Mikumi National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Mikumi National Park, a wildlife hotspot known for its large herds of elephants, giraffes, and zebras. Enjoy an afternoon game drive before settling in at your lodge for the night.
Day 7: Mikumi National Park
Spend the day on game drives in Mikumi National Park, searching for the Big Five and other iconic African wildlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before returning to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, you will drive back to Dar es Salaam for your departure flight or onward travel arrangements.
